Using a nanny service can take the stress off of trying to hire a reliable, experienced and trustworthy person to care for your children. Fees may very according to what the family's need is and what services are used and offered by the agency. Typically there is a "Placement Fee" charged for hiring a long-term nanny (sometimes it is a one time fee, sometimes it's a recurring fee--depending on the particular agency). Usually, there is s mall service fee for using temporary/on call nanny care. But all-in-all agencies are here to alleviate the hassle of hiring childcare.
